What I've been building
A multi-page e-commerce site built with a four-person team for Computer Systems Development coursework — product pages, cart flow and responsive layout, built from scratch with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Current module work building dynamic server-side applications in PHP — handling forms, sessions and database-driven pages, and learning how the backend of the web actually works.
Captured and analysed encrypted web traffic with Wireshark — inspecting TLS handshakes, cipher suites and certificate exchange — and presented the findings in a recorded group vodcast and slide deck.
A card-game application built in Java for the Programming in Practice module — object-oriented design, game logic and console interaction, developed in IntelliJ.
Designed and configured a small routed network — VLANs, interface addressing, and device hardening — using Cisco IOS commands, verifying end-to-end connectivity from the CLI.
